For the past fifteen years, Kyle has led cultural organizations across a breadth of roles through major growth and transition. At the center of his work is sincere, focused, and intuitive attention to community. Kyle brings his sensibilities as a listener, connector, and motivator to help navigate organizations through diverse contexts of challenge and opportunity -- launching new programs, refreshing historic work with new perspective, stewarding influxes of support, and stabilizing through crisis. In all of his work with institutions and organizations, Kyle has felt particularly called to meet political questions and imperatives with imagination, humility, scrutiny, and substance. He has held executive roles with The Poetry Project at St. Mark's, PEN America, and the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America, and has led organization development and audience development projects with the Queer Nightlife Community Center, OCDChinatown, The Word: A Storytelling Sanctuary, and elsewhere.
